SAP Blood Absorption
Resin usually refers to an organic polymer that has a softening or melting range after being heated, and has a tendency to flow under the action of external force when softening, and is solid, semi-solid, and sometimes liquid at room temperature. Broadly defined, any polymer compound that can be used as a raw material for the processing of plastic products is called a resin.
Natural polymer materials
★ Chitosan: It has good biocompatibility and degradation properties, can promote platelet adhesion and thrombosis, and is suitable for different types of wounds.
★ Collagen: Activates clotting factors, promotes blood clotting, and is biocompatible and biodegradable to aid wound healing.
★ Cross-linked starch microspheres: can promote blood clotting, control bleeding, reduce the rate of bloodborne infection, and have no immune reaction and allergic reaction.
★ Gelatin sponge: Through platelet aggregation, activation of coagulation factors and physical barriers, it can achieve hemostasis and can quickly absorb blood.
★ Cellulose material: There are many types, such as medical absorbable hemostatic gauze, hemostatic sealant, etc., which are suitable for different types of wounds. It can absorb blood, promote platelet aggregation and thrombosis, and achieve hemostasis.
Synthetic polymer materials
★ Polyurethane: It has good plasticity and mechanical properties, can promote thrombosis, and is suitable for trauma with large-scale hemorrhage.
★ Polyacrylamide: Forms a hydrogel that can absorb plasma, concentrate blood, promote platelet aggregation, and is suitable for visceral hemostasis
